Later today, McGuinty will inform the public that Michael Bryan is being removed from Aboriginal Affairs and the Ministry of Revenue to completely removed and will be put back into the Ministry of Finance.

This is sent as 12:47 pm - we have the breaking news on this from within the Government.

The reason for the changes is the following:

McGuinty wants to replace Dion after Dion loses to Harper - Bryan is being removed from Aboriginal Affairs so that he doesn't become a target during the Federal Election and so he can help run McGuinty Federal bid to replace Dion as leader of the Federal Liberals.
