I was reading our local newspaper and came across this letter to the editor (The Era Banner, Jan 20):
Where's Belinda?
"My kids always loved to play Where's Waldo? For the kid in us all, in Newmarket we can play Where's Belinda?
A group of my women friends and I have been trying for months to get an appointment with Ms Stronach and I want to let you in on a secret, she does not have time to meet with her constituents. She does not even have the time to let you know she has received your request for a meeting. I want an MP who is in touch with the grassroots.
I find it hard to believe my MP helped produce the Liberal Party's Pink Book but she has no time to meet with the women she represents. I had an easier time in 2002 getting an audience with the Pope.
Where's Belinda? Is it possible to meet with her? Does she really care?

She doesn't care--and the numbnuts that voted her in are paying the price now; you listend to the smear and fear campaign of the Liberals and now you have a propped up doll with loads of cash: SHE DOESN'T NEED YOU.
She'll be gone by the next election--thanks be to God.

yikes...better emove that tie domi jab...if you ever get that nomination and some enterprising liberal reporter pokes around your blog they could make quite a bit of hay out of it...these days, they don't need a reason. Watch what you write!
Even though I sent this letter over a month ago, I just wanted to update you that she still has not contacted me! Maybe she does not read the Era Banner either?

I had hoped that Stronach, or one of her "people", saw the letter and gotten back to you.

What Belinda did was change her look with out asking the riding 1st. She has no right to do that. Kirk Wast what I'm asking to do is do a poll (Blonde Belinda vs. Brunette Belinda). Belinda is a well knowin MP It would of bean ok if the MP was not as well knowin as Belinda. what Belinda did was wrong. A lot of people are angery for what Ms.Stronach did and thay wear very disappointed. She should of ask the riding 1st but I think the riding would of said NO! so she did not ask did it anyways she came of a bullcrap story about it "I have to dye it because i'm going gray." She did not have to dye it that way she could of dye it blonde. Its not just Newmarket-Aurora is angery about it but all of Canada.
So you and Lois Brown team up and do this poll.
