Is it just me, or are the liberal leadership contestants thumping their chests in righteous indignation just a little bit too much over Prime Minister Harper's comments?
Bob Rae, in particular, has incrementally ratcheted up his anger with each interview playing on the media's interest to score political points. His original comments were emotionless and no more critical than usual, and now, being interviewed this morning, his speech is more angry and laced with hyperbole.
Where was the indignation from Bob Rae after Iggy said Israel's attack on Qana was a "war crime", when previously he said he wouldn't "lose any sleep" over it?
Major Liberal supporters like Heather Reisman are abandoning the Liberal Party because of a perceived "anti-Israel" stance. But because Prime Minister Harper recognizes this reality, the leadership hopefuls shake their fists and demand an apology?
This is the kind of useless political tribalism and hypocrisy that makes people hate politics. Enough!

Its not only the liberals - our illustrious "non-biased" (haaaaaahaaaaahaaaaw)media are also horrified!!!
Me thinks their leftie slip is showing.
Rae is a disgracefull hypocrite. This is the same clown who resorted to inuendo, name calling and outright lies concering Mike Harris. And now he's so offended by something pretty close to the mark? Give us a break Bob.
Isn't Baw Brae the same guy that during an interview with that peon of virtue Rick Mercer implied that conservatives where all about attacking SSM?
Nope no baseless blanket attack there no sirree.
In retrospect, I'll stop calling him Baw Brae and instead refer to the zombie as "Baseless Bob".
This isn't very sportsmanlike, oops, "sportspersonlike" like but the best one I heard was "Boob Rae".
