More on Report Cards

Here's a nice little encapsulation of some of the most fundamental problems in our public "education" system.

Among them, the exclusion of parents (read taxpayers) from determining what gets taught. Perhaps the most maddening point is that despite the zealous claim that "students come first", it is in fact, a lie, and teacher unions are MANDATED to put students second.

Can our education system be changed for the better? Absolutely. The first step is to stop letting teacher unions dictate to us how the education system needs to run. Dalton McGuinty also needs to put our children first.
